Focusing on adults in demanding roles, including firefighters, paramedics, EMTs, nurses, healthcare workers, teachers, educators, business executives, professionals in leadership roles, and others who carry high levels of workplace responsibility.
Mentalyze offers a calm, judgment-free setting where patients can feel heard, respected, and supported.
Why Mentalyze Was Created
Mentalyze was not created from a boardroom concept. It was shaped by real-world experience in emergency care, first response, and the workplace demands carried by people in high-responsibility professional roles.
After years of seeing how workplace stress, workplace burnout, shift work, and repeated exposure to difficult workplace situations can affect mental health, Mentalyze was created to offer a calmer, more personal approach to mental health care and medication management.
Mentalyze has a particular heart for first responders and high-responsibility professionals, including firefighters, paramedics, EMTs, nurses, healthcare workers, law enforcement, teachers, educators, business executives, and others who are expected to keep up with demanding workplace responsibilities, even when they are struggling.
Mentalyze provides thoughtful, individualized support for adults ages 18–55 in a judgment-free setting where patients can feel heard, respected, and supported.

Eric Palmer is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and board-certified nurse practitioner providing services through Mentalyze LLC within his education, licensure, certification, scope of practice, and applicable legal requirements.
Mentalyze’s Florida-facing services are currently focused on mental health care, medication management, and support for independent adults navigating occupational demands, shift work, workplace stress, and high-responsibility professional roles.
