Mentalyze provides mental health care and medication management services for eligible adult patients. Services are provided by Eric Palmer, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C, a licensed advanced practice registered nurse/nurse practitioner. Mentalyze does not represent that Eric Palmer is a physician or psychiatrist.

 

Mentalyze does not provide emergency services, crisis intervention, or 24/7 monitoring. Do not use scheduling, billing, portal messaging, email, text, voicemail, or any website feature for emergencies or urgent clinical concerns. For emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. For mental health crisis support, call or text 988.

Scheduling and billing links may direct users to separate third-party platforms with their own privacy, security, billing, and terms-of-use policies.

Telehealth and in-person services are available only where legally permitted and clinically appropriate. Availability depends on the patient’s location, clinical needs, licensing requirements, safety considerations, and applicable state and federal law. Not every concern can be safely or appropriately treated through telehealth. No walk in or emergent appointments are provided.

Mentalyze LLC does not directly collect patient payments. Any self-pay or patient responsibility amount is determined, disclosed, and collected through third-party billing/scheduling platforms before appointment confirmation.
